Terms of service

Agreement

These terms apply when you create an account on Omnicoro or use it. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you may agree to them on its behalf, and "you" includes that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use Omnicoro.

The privacy policy explains how data is handled and is part of these terms.

What Omnicoro does

Omnicoro connects the Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts, WhatsApp business numbers, X accounts and Telegram bots you already manage, and gives your team one inbox, composer, calendar, set of reports, contact list and set of automations for them.

Omnicoro is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Meta, X, Telegram, Google or Apple. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, developer policies and community rules, including Meta's rules for WhatsApp Business messaging.

Your account

Give accurate details, keep your sign-in safe, and tell us at once if you think it has been exposed. We recommend turning on two-step sign-in.

Workspace admins are responsible for the members and client reviewers they invite and for what they do. Only connect accounts you are authorised to manage. You must be at least 16 to use Omnicoro.

Messaging your customers

You are responsible for having a lawful basis, and where the law requires it, consent, before you message people, especially through broadcasts and sequences. Respect every opt-out: Omnicoro records them, and you must not work around them.

The platforms' own messaging rules also apply, such as WhatsApp's and Messenger's reply windows and template rules.

The personal data of your customers that you bring into Omnicoro is yours to be responsible for, including telling them how you use it. We process it for you as the privacy policy describes.

Acceptable use

Do not use Omnicoro to:

  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or harass anyone;
  • publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, or impersonate anyone;
  • break the rules of a platform you connect;
  • collect, export or resell the personal data of the people who message you, beyond serving them;
  • upload malware, probe or test Omnicoro's security without our written permission, overload it, reverse engineer it, or get around plan limits or rate limits.

Your content

The posts, replies, media and data you put into Omnicoro remain yours, and you are responsible for them. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and deliver them to the platforms you choose, and nothing more.

Each platform decides what it accepts: it can reject, delay or remove content, and change what its API allows at any time.

AI features

The assistant and the content studio are optional. What they draft can be wrong, out of date or unsuitable, so read it before it is sent or published. You are responsible for what you send, including replies you set the assistant to send on its own.

When you use your own AI provider key, that provider's terms also apply.

API and integrations

Keep API keys secret, and stay within the rate limits. Data you send out of Omnicoro through the API or webhooks is your responsibility once it leaves.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are sold through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record, so Paddle's terms of sale also apply to the purchase. Prices are shown at checkout and billed in advance for each period. A plan renews automatically until it is cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep the plan until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds follow Paddle's refund policy and the law where you live. Each plan's limits, such as the number of connected accounts and members, apply as shown on the billing page. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change before it applies to your next renewal.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Omnicoro running, but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, platform outages, rate limits and platform API changes can interrupt a feature or end it. We may change or remove features; when a change takes away something you rely on, we will tell you ahead of time where we can.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other people at risk, or would put us in breach of the law or a platform's policy. We will tell you why where we reasonably can.

You can stop at any time: disconnect your accounts and ask us to delete your workspace. The data deletion page describes how. The sections on content, disclaimers, liability and indemnity continue to apply after an account ends.

Disclaimer

Omnicoro is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including that it will suit a particular purpose or be free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, or content that was not published, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it.

Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Indemnity

You will cover us for claims made by others that arise from your content, your messages to your customers, or your breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. We announce material changes in the product or by email to workspace admins at least 14 days before they take effect, and continuing to use Omnicoro after that means you accept them.

Language

These terms and the privacy policy are written in English and translated into Dari, Pashto and Arabic. If a translation and the English differ, the English text applies.
